Little bit about us,

Please met Chef Rodney and Chef Liza. Our story is simple when a gym guru meets kitchen lover. We met at a gym and no long after started dating. Along the way we have discovered not only we love to spend time together in the gym we enjoy cooking together and trying new recipes. Eating healthy, doesn’t mean eating boring.

Rodney has always been passionate about fitness and his proficient knowledge in personal training and desire to help others in many ways inside and out the gym.

Liza, has found love for food and making meal preparations while working on her personal fitness and weight loss journey. Finding balance and still enjoying variety of food and creating healthier lifestyle, that is sustainable long term.

Planning and setting ourselves up for a successful week ahead, meal planning and preparation became a second nature in our house hold. With both of our busy schedules and even Liza working from home grab and go has been rewarding and allows us to remain on track with our goals.

We wanted to bring this service to others and share our delicious dishes for convenience and enjoyment. We do the heavy lifting, you just have to sit back and enjoy.

Burrito Bowl:
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: A Breakfast Burrito Bowl is a fantastic way to start the day! With crispy hash browns, fluffy scrambled eggs, and lightly spiced taco meat paired with a side of reduced fat cheddar cheese and homemade guacamole. it’s a fast and delicious, heat-and-eat most important meal of the day!

Mac and Beef Skillet:
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: A mixture of ground beef which is seasoned to perfection and cooked in reduced sodium beef broth, unsweetened pizza sauce. Which then is combined with veggies such as onion, red bell pepper, minced garlic, baby spinach. To make this a balanced deliciousness we added some Rotini and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.

New Menu is out !!!!!

1. Honey Mustard Chicken Salad. 🥗🥗If you think salads can’t be filling then try this out. The chicken is marinated in a Dijon mixture and oh boy it isTENDER

2. Good Morning Quesdilla - who doesn’t enjoy a quesadilla with salsa (or homemade pico de gao). The quesadilla is thick enough to fill you up without feeling bloated. Served with garlic russet poatoes.

3. Garlic Butter Chicken Meatballs- Perfection rolled into a meatball. KETO FRIENDLY, low carb meal. The meatballs are basted for more flavor going well with the cauliflower. I fell in love with each bite.
