Optical Gallery We are a family owned, full service optometrists office. In 2009, to better serve West Lincoln, we opened our Coddington office.

Optical Gallery has been serving the eye care needs of Lincoln and Beatrice since 1974 through our office located next to Union College in Lincoln and our office in North Beatrice. We offer an extensive selection of frames to fit your own personal style. Each of our doctors can assist you with contact lens fittings, diagnosing and treating ocular disease and co-management of ocular surgery. We take great pride in our doctors’ involvement throughout the entire eye care experience. - Diagnosis of eye diseases
- Treatment of eye infections and injuries
- Co-management of LASIK
- Co-management of cataract surgery
- Retinal photography / eye mapping (can replace dilation in most cases)
- Provider of “See to Learn” which provides free vision screening for 3-year olds

Job description
Greeting and checking in patients
Scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics and insurance
Triaging patients over the phone
pretesting patients with state-of-the-art equipment, and entering information in the EHR
scanning and uploading health information into patient records, sending documentation and referrals to PCPs and specialists
Maintain contact lens inventory by ordering trial contact lenses as needed
preparing for next day appointments by obtaining or verifying insurance benefits
Working with patients to help them find the perfect frame and entering the order into the system and insurance
Checking in and dispensing glasses and contacts
adjusting and repairing glasses
reconciling insurances and entering payments
assisting doctor and staff when needed for patient care
maintaining cleanliness of office
training provided
Hours Monday-Thursday 8-5 Fridays 8-4
Health insurance not provided
