We would like to extend a huge thank you to CarolinaEast Foundation for awarding Loaves & Fishes of Beaufort a $10,000 grant to support men in our addiction treatment program.

This funding will help cover essential needs such as housing, transportation, medications, counseling, medical care, and other basic necessities for men who are working hard to rebuild their lives in recovery.

During this grant cycle, CarolinaEast Foundation awarded $325,661 to nonprofits across Carteret, Craven, Onslow, Jones, and Pamlico counties, and we are incredibly grateful to be among the organizations selected.

Thank you to the CarolinaEast Foundation and the employees of the CarolinaEast Health System for investing in organizations that serve our region and for making a meaningful difference in the lives of so many throughout Eastern North Carolina ❤

Update: One of our followers has one we are going to pick up today. Thank you so much for your love and support for our guys!

Hey friends! One of the guys in our treatment program is graduating soon and has been approved for housing at an apartment complex nearby towards the end of the month🥳
We are helping him with most of the furniture, but he is in need of a mattress and boxspring if anyone has one in good shape that they're looking to get rid of!

We are honored to have received the Community Champion Award at last night’s first annual Transforming Lives Awards Ceremony. This special event is a celebration and recognition of those who truly make a difference in our community, hosted by the Onslow and Carteret Community Collaborative through Trillium Health Resources.

The Community Champion Award honors a true leader whose dedication, service, and compassion strengthen our community and inspire others to give back.

Congratulations to all of the other award recipients! It was truly an honor to be part of such a meaningful event, and an even greater honor to be part of the Community Collaborative. 💙
