Lynda is such a great person for many reasons. She’s a medical assistant at a doctors office and my moms best friend, they work together...and she’s helping my mom plan her wedding for the end of the year, including making all of her flower arrangements (she is a part time florist).

Lynda is one of the strongest women I know. Both because she can do a lot physically and also because she’s had a lot of hardships in her life. I know she always tries to have a good attitude even when it’s hard to. She is always willing to go out of her way to help people, whether it's with her church, her friends, or anyone!

April is Stress Awareness Month, a time to reflect on the impact that stress has on our lives and the importance of managing it. Stress can affect our physical health, mental wellbeing, and overall quality of life. It can lead to chronic conditions such as heart disease, depression, and anxiety if left unaddressed. Fortunately, there are many ways to manage stress, such as exercise, meditation, therapy, and social support.

By taking care of ourselves and seeking help when needed, we can lead happier and healthier lives.
