“Sounds a lot like thyroid issues” 🧐

So all of a sudden, in the past 50 or so years, everyone’s thyroids are “bad” and need to be medicated, cut out, irradiated/killed?

Very rarely will your thyroid be the “cause” of a health issue and need to be “treated”. The thyroid is quite likely a “victim” of your root cause….which tends to be different for many, many people.

Not to say there aren’t many instances where a person’s thyroid IS diseased or damaged and needs support, or medical treatment. But those are the EXCEPTIONS, NOT THE RULES.

People are largely being “educated” by a medical establishment that ONLY knows drugs; nothing of toxicities and root causes, food as medicine, lifestyle interventions, and natural ways to support proper function.

Most of you know us as "Fresh Start" but we would like to formally introduce ourselves and give you a small backstory!

We are Donna and Jacob! This business came about because we both have endured some sort of healing journey in our life that involved ourselves and loved ones. Along the way, wholesome nutrition was involved and that alone helped tremendously!
