For $85 a month, all Eastex Urgent Care visits and in-clinic services are covered!
Dependents are only $25 each per month!

Membership is $85 for the primary member, and $25 for each dependent.
A minimum three (3) month initial enrollment period is required.
All rates are introductory and will carry through 2025 for those enrolling now.
Employer rates and plans are available also with easy enrollment and administration. Eastex Curate is a valuable health benefit for employees that can help reduce claims to a business owner's health insurance and can reduce the rising costs to insurance premiums.
