Hello,
My name is Chanae' Jones and I am currently a doctoral candidate at Capella University. I am excited to share that I am in my data collection phase of my capstone project and I am looking for participants to assist me in completing this project.
The study seeks to address and collect data on healthcare workers' perceptions, attitudes, and experiences in working with minority perinatal women.
The study will provide an evidence-based practice intervention for healthcare workers based on minority maternal mortality rates and implement a training program that will be used to increase awareness of the disparity among healthcare workers.

Eligibility:
Age: 18+ year old
Point of entry healthcare worker
-Doctors (MD),
-Nurse and/or nurse aid (LPN/LVN),
-Social Workers
-Hospital Aides,
-EMTs
-Therapists
-Hospital/Clinical Staff
-Health Unit/Community Health Center Staff
Participation Includes:
-30+ minute online training
-5 minute surveys
