For Monicka Bellard, caregiving is more than a job—it’s a passion. She shares, “I love helping and aiding our clients and their families. Our clients truly appreciate our companionship, and I enjoy making new friends. They look forward to the time we spend together, and I look forward to caring and comforting them just as much.”

Her favorite memory with Montebello is the very beginning—receiving the opportunity to join the team. After losing many loved ones she had cared for, Monicka knew she would gain even more people to help and support.

To Monicka, a good caregiver takes time, concern, and attention to detail to truly meet a client’s needs. She cherishes the bonds formed and the priceless memories made along the way.
