Meet Lela Parrish! Lela is our Brookdale Dowlen Oaks Executive Director! Lela has been a healthcare executive in our area for many years. She believes respect is key in setting expectations and leading by example produces better results. She is a native of Beaumont, a mother and grandmother of 6! Lela enjoys baking, golfing, going to church, traveling with her husband and spending time with her family. Lela’s commitment to our residents and their families show through in all she does! We are thankful she is a part of our community!
