As we continue to live in trying times, I wanted to wish of Southeast Texans the best as we walk this journey together. Our company remains strong and dedicated in our efforts to serve families with memorial needs. While supplies and products are in short supply everywhere you look, our company is still able to service our families. It will take longer to get your memorial than what we normally can accomplish. However, we have product and are getting product into our warehouse...some items are easier and quicker to get than others. We stand ready to serve you and meet whatever need you have. Our hearts go out to those who have lost loved ones, and we continually pray for better days for all.

Our company takes great pride in timely production and setting of memorial markers. We take great pride in our work, and we are always honored when a family makes their memorial purchase with us. However due to Covid-19, it is taking longer to get granite from the quarries, but with our company you have the assurances that we will fulfill our obligation to you, as you only have to pay half down to place your order. The balance is not due until your monument marker is completed and set at the cemetery.

Southeast Texas was spared a horrible landfall of Hurricane Laura. While there are still some who have significant damages, and our friends and neighbors in Louisiana received great devastation, and our prayers go out for all affected. Our office will be open Monday to resume serving families. Thanks to city officials, first responders, linemen and so many others working diligently to restore what was lost.

Hard to believe it, but we are more than half way through the summer. It's time to order a headstone if you want placed by Christmas. I know, and I'm sorry to mention Christmas in August. We would be happy to assist you with your memorial needs.

There is much concern in a variety of ways today, but I want to assure you that we are here to serve anyone who has a memorial need. We are fully compliant with CDC guidelines and Judge Jeff Branick's order regarding masks. We are proud to serve the families of Southeast Texas in any and every way needed. We can also send documents to be signed electronically if preferred.

We are fully open and available to assist you with any memorial need. As a continued precaution, my wife and I check temps every morning, wear face masks when meeting with families and continue using hand sanitizer and encourage customers to use the hand sanitizer as as well.

As we approach Spring, many of you might be thinking about purchasing a headstone. One thing to keep in mind is wet weather. We've already had a pretty wet start to the year, so please keep in mind rainy weather can delay the setting of your memorial marker. I also wanted to let you know that we do home visits, by appointment, to accommodate your specific needs, and we will set after hours appointments at the office in an effort to accommodate your busy schedule.

Well, 2020 has arrived. I hope you all made it through the holidays without too much challenge. If you think this year will be the right time to purchase a memorial marker, headstone, mausoleum or columbarium, I would invite you to come by. We can meet all your memorial needs.

Well, you've made it through Thanksgiving, and most likely by now everyone is going back to their respective homes and preparing to start a new week. Black Friday is behind us, but now now you have to face another major holiday without a family or friend. Bottom line is, this can be the most difficult time of year for those who have lost someone they love. I mean, who starts the year thinking you will end it without one with whom you began the year? If you are struggling though this holiday season, I can assure you that you will make it through...no matter how impossible today might feel. Prayers for you if you're in this kind of struggle right now.

How long should I wait before purchasing purchase a headstone memorial marker? The right time is purely up to you. Some may have to wait due to financial reasons, and others simply wait due to their emotions and grieving. A common misconception is that you have to wait at least 6 months to allow settling of the ground, but this is not normally the case. Usually there is a foot to 2 feet of undisturbed area where the marker rests. The best time, is when it's best for you.

Online vs. Local? In this day and age of online purchases, we all take advantage of the convenience. This approach for shopping works for many things, but this is not the case when in comes to purchasing a memorial marker/headstone. One huge reason this does not work is that once purchased, you then need to find someone to set it at the cemetery. Just recently, I received a call from a young lady who purchased a marker for her late grandmother. The marker sits in the trunk of her car, the size is subpar, and now she is trying to find someone to set it. If I were to agree and charge her to set it, she could have purchased a standard size from us for less than what she paid for the marker and having it installed. We do not set markers not purchased from our company, and this is due to our crews been quite busy setting our product. My heart goes out to her, but she is like many who think the online approach is cheaper. In the long run, this approach is not always the cheapest, nor is it the best due not being able to get it set. A memorial should be purchased from a professional and reputable company. Our office can not only design your memorial, but we can also guide you through any rules and regulations that the cemetery may have. When you purchase from us, you can rest assured that what you purchase is within the cemetery rules, and it will be set by our professional installers.
