Serving Beaumont at two locations - Central Beaumont Clinic at 450 North 11th St. 77002 and Central Stagg Clinic 3455 Stagg Our mission at Legacy is to empower our patients to lead a better life by providing healthcare services regardless of the ability to pay. We provide Adult Primary Care, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology & Maternity, and Behavioral Health Services. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, and most private insurance plans. A sliding fee scale is also available for all services.

Legacy Community Health clinics, Legacy Pharmacies, and Wellness Bar by Legacy will be closed on Wednesday, December 24, Thursday, December 25, and Thursday, January 1 for the holidays. Our normal hours of operation will resume on Friday, December 26 and Friday, January 2.

Pediatric Walk-In:
Our pediatric walk-in clinic at Legacy Southwest (6441 High Star Drive, Houston, TX 77074) will be open on Wednesday, December 24 and Thursday, January 1 from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.

With Gratitude to Those Who Served

Every year, we observe Veterans Day to recognize those who have served our nation as part of our armed forces. We honor these individuals for their sacrifice and devotion, here at Legacy and across the country.

Featured here are a few of the many veterans who contribute to Legacy's mission:

Joseph Mayers, United States Army - "This day is a day to reflect on the current serving military members and the sacrifice their families make while a service member is away from home."

Melody Gray, United States Air Force - "As the daughter of a World War II Veteran, I felt so proud to serve my country. I joined the Air Force from 1983 and served overseas at RAF Bentwaters and Travis AFB in California as an Air Cargo Specialist until 1988. I achieved the rank of Sergeant and received the Meritorious Service Medal for Outstanding Noncombat Meritorious Service in 1987. I am a fierce advocate for Veteran's rights and protections and champion legislation and public support for veterans and their families."

Nelson Matute, Texas State Guard - "This day reminds me of the value of serving my community, the State of Texas and my country with purpose, dedication and selflessness, giving others the chance to be free."

Legacy Community Health is excited to be at the Beaumont Independent School District - ExxonMobil Family STEM Night tonight!

Bring the whole family and stop by our booth to see us. We’ll have a fun, hands-on activity about germs, how they spread, and how washing your hands helps get rid of them. It’s a great way for kids to learn while having fun.

Not even a little rain could keep the community away from the Gift of Life Julie Richardson Procter 5K Ribbon Run Monster Dash in Downtown Beaumont.

Legacy Community Health was in attendance sharing information and volunteering at a candy station. This events supports breast and ovarian cancer programs. The Gift of Life has been a lifeline for countless patients of Legacy Community Health, providing critical screenings and support that truly save lives. This event is a powerful reminder of how important early detection is in the fight against cancer.

All Legacy clinics and pharmacies will be closed on Labor Day, September 1, with the exception of Legacy Southwest Campus. Our Legacy Southwest Campus located at 6441 High Star 77074 will be available to address pediatric walk-ins from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.

All locations will resume regular clinic hours on Tuesday, September 2.
