REHABILITATION CARE: Provided after an injury or illness to assist in regaining our residents prior level of function and aid in the transition of returning to the community or to long term care. TRADITIONAL CARE: Providing 24 hour nursing care to residents for support in their daily activities, ranging from supervision to total care whether for a short duration or a long term stay. RESPITE CARE: Offering short-term care programs designed to give family members a much needed break from the demands of caring for the chronically ill at home. Exceptional Nursing Care, IV Therapy, Wound Care and Management, Tracheotomy Care, Diabetes Management, Pain Management, Acute Management, Rehabilitative Therapies, Physical, Occupational, Speech, Cognitive & Respiratory Post Surgical Care Intravenous Therapy, Respiratory Care, Pain Management, Internal Therapy, Assistance with Bathing, Dressing and Eating.
