We are beyond thrilled to welcome Anna to our team — and honestly, we couldn't be more excited for the clients who get to work with her. Anna is one of those rare people who makes you feel like the only person in the room. She is a deeply attentive, compassionate listener who creates the kind of safety that allows real healing to happen. What makes Anna truly special is that she doesn't just guide others through growth — she's actively committed to her own. She brings warmth, honesty, and a genuine investment in people's healing journeys that you simply can't teach.

Anna is a counseling intern practicing under the supervision of Christan Hunter, LPC-S, and is currently accepting new clients with 𝐬𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐬 $𝟑𝟎 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 — making deep, meaningful therapy more accessible to our community.

Part 1 of our “Neurodivergent Affirming Practitioner” training series at SETX Counseling Association went amazing. We are so excited to team up with Resilient Minds PLLC and be one of the local pioneers in bringing awareness of the ND movement to SETX! We are grateful to all of the local therapists who joined us and contributed in such meaningful ways to the conversation. Stay tuned for part 2 of the training coming out next month!

Our first Rooted Together support group for political stress was such a beautiful experience that folks asked if we could please continue offering this space, so we will be offering it monthly! Our next group will be Monday, March 16th at 6 PM central standard time. This is a FREE group and all you need to do is email Hunterhealingcollective@gmail.com to register!

The state of the world right now is really heavy, and people are feeling pretty strong emotions like fear, anger, sadness and hopelessness. A lot of folks are entering that fight/flight/freeze mode, which is a very normal response to what’s going on in our country and in the world right now. The focus of this month’s group is going to be grounding and nervous system regulation as well as talking about how we can channel these strong emotions into helpful action. Please like and share with anyone who may benefit from this space!
