Peggy Marceline Yancey, 99, died peacefully March 25 ,2026 at her home in Burleson, Texas after a brief illness. She was born February 4,1927 in Frankston, Texas to Della Bizzell Flanagan and Webb Monroe Flanagan. The family moved to Beaumont when she was 12 years old. She attended David Crockett Junior High and graduated from Beaumont High School class of 1944. She married WW II Marine James Hooper Yancey in 1945. Together they had three children, Judy, Michael and William....
