Cajun style Boudin Balls! This wonderful appetizer is a classic, prepared by our Dietary Director, Geraldyn Etienne, and our Activity Director, Sabrie Stobaugh. A delicious rice salad mixture baked for our Mech Soft diets and fried for our regular diets. It was served with a variety of sauces including ketchup, spicy mustard, jalapeno ranch and our homemade Chipotle mayo! Our residents loved this recipe and said they definitely want to have it again!

Texas Style Bruschetta! This appetizer was prepared by our Activity director, Sabrie Stobaugh and our Dietary Director, Geraldyn Etienne here at Beaumont Nursing and Rehab. This appetizer consists of toasted French bread, topped with sautéed tomato wedges and mozzarella cheese, garnished with basil leaves. Our residents loved this appetizer!

Our residents enjoyed relaxing manicures followed by a lively round of bingo, complete with some delicious prizes that had everyone smiling!
From polished nails to lucky cards, it was a day full of joy, laughter and sweet treats for our residents! 🍬🎉
