Sometimes you think you aren't getting anywhere in life, but never underestimate the value of planting seeds. Good things sometimes take a long time before they start growing.
Example: Many years ago I volunteeringly filled out a few questionnaires for research in spirituality with a couple colleges and spiritual programs. Nothing resulted from it really, but last year I saw an email that went into my spam folder. It intrigued me and felt like something that I actually needed to look at.
It was an was an invitation to participate in a new platform called ConsciRise. (ConsciRise.com) It is still in the process of getting it's footing, but it is a platform for spiritual practitioners who have been vetted and are the real deal. It's like a finders website to help people separate the real deal spiritual practitioners from some of the not so real deal ones.
It's cool because they recently became affiliated with the University of Tampa Bay. Like I said, it's still in the beginning phases, but I'm excited to be a part of it. We will offer spiritual services, educational services, and a community for like minded individuals.
When the visionary behind this project approached me, I had to ask how he found me and knew about me to specifically reach out to me. His answer was that he had been working on one of those studies I did a few years ago and liked what I had to offer: my story, my knowledge, my passion, and desire to help others with the gifts I had to share.
The random seed I threw out into the world years ago is finally growing some roots. lol. ๐ณ๐๐
