Hi everyone—I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself 🤍

I’m Angela Coffman, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP. I’m a mom of five, a wife, and a Mimi. I love sunshine, planting flowers, being outdoors, and spending quality time with my family. Those roles are such a big part of who I am—and they truly shape how I care for others. I treat my patients like family, and I hold that same expectation for my entire team.

At Coffman Family Care & Wellness, my mission is to deliver high-quality, compassionate care while meeting patients where they are. I want every patient to leave feeling confident in the care they received and clear about what comes next.

Healthcare is not one-size-fits-all… and neither are people. That’s why we focus on treating the whole person, using a variety of training and expertise to create individualized treatment plans that fit your life—not the other way around. We truly value our patients and your health.

Just as important as your care plan—is your experience.

Provider relationships aren’t one-size-fits-all either. You deserve to feel heard, respected, valued, and comfortable in your care. If you ever feel like your experience wasn’t what it should be, or that a provider may not be the right fit, please reach out to me or my husband, Brad (our office manager). We will make it right, and find the best fit.
