To allow for vacation, the OWENSBORO LOCATION will be CLOSED this week- September 15th — 18th!

We will have availability at the Beaver Dam location for sick visits, follow ups, or any needs you may have!

If you need medication refills, as usual, contact your pharmacy if you have refills available, or contact the office for an appointment!

I have personally been affected by su***de as I have lost a family member to this, and my mom attempted to end her life when I was a little girl.
