At Bluegrass Family Dentistry, we care about your smile — and your overall health! One of the easiest ways to protect both is something we all do every day… wash our hands.

Proper handwashing helps prevent the spread of harmful bacteria that can lead to illness, including infections that affect your mouth and gums. A healthy body means a healthier smile! 😁💙

👉 This month, let’s get back to the basics:
• Wash with warm water and soap
• Scrub for at least 20 seconds
• Don’t forget between fingers and under nails
• Dry with a clean towel
