🦷 Dental Myth-Busting! 🦷

❌ Myth: Sugar-free soda is safe for your teeth.

✅ Truth: Even without sugar, soda is still highly acidic. The acid weakens your tooth enamel, making your teeth more prone to cavities and sensitivity.

💡 Tip: If you enjoy sugar-free sodas, drink them in moderation, use a straw to reduce contact with your teeth, and rinse with water afterward. Brushing right away can actually do more harm, so wait at least 30 minutes before brushing.
