Yes, yes!

Our "upside down" classes this week are Tuesdays at 5:30pm (intermediate-advanced), Thursday at 10am (intermediate) and 6:15pm (beginner) and Saturday at 9:15am (intermediate).

The "semi-upside down" classes šŸ˜† are the Yoga with Silk Stretches on Tuesdays at 4:30 and Thursdays at 5:15pm - no experience necessary to join them. Just book online or check it hammock availability.

People often come out of a yoga nidra practice feeling clearer, calmer, or more rested that after a nap, even though nothing "exciting" happened. Some people experience a deep sense of release of hard feelings they have been holding on to - so transformational! So it feels simple, that's because it is. The effect comes from giving your nervous system a break.

It is official that we're heading back to Puerto Rico - January 14-19 2027!

We have room in both classes tonight - no experience needed to join in these classes.

šŸ§˜šŸ¼Yoga with Silks at 5:15pm - a floor yoga class with no inversions, just stretches and strengthening poses that use the hammocks for support.

šŸ§š Beginner Aerial Yoga - starts with a warm up like the Silk Stretches class and then go into a few well guided Aerial poses and inversions.

It was time for a refresh - wash day, even new fabric cuts.

Plus a tall ladder moved hundreds of times and about 7 million climbs up and down. (Ok, more like 3 times per hammock, but I built up quite a sweat!)

Most likely more re-adjustments and my tall ladder coming out again tomorrow after they all stretch and re-adjust again. šŸ¤£
