Our Story
As a Broker Associate with Preferred Realty Group, LLC – I bring to you years of experience in serving the needs of clients, a vast knowledge of the community, and a sincere desire and concern to help sell or find you a home. My background includes an Associate Degree in Accounting, an Associate Degree in Secretarial Science, a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Institute, Continuity Director for Good Karma Broadcasting, co-owning a trucking business with my husband, Marketing and Transportation Coordinator for Byron Equipment Co. – all culminating into many years of marketing and public relations, and over 46 years of serving the public and individual client’s needs.
I obtained my real estate license in 2002, Graduate Realtor Institute designation in 2006, and an Accredited Buyers Representative designation in 2007. I worked hard to earn the Weichert Executive Club award for sales achievement in 2008 prior to my current position with The Preferred Realty Group. I have consistently been the high sales person in my company and in the million dollar sales club every year of my real estate career. I have obtained my Broker license and will bring increased knowledge and experience to all real estate transactions. I enjoy serving the counties of Dodge, Jefferson, Columbia, Fond du lac, and Dane. Preferred Realty Group has a home office in Sun Prairie and Madison providing ease of service in Dane County and also attracting a pool of buyers from that area.
My passion for community service has prompted me to be a member of the Beaver Dam Chamber of Commerce Visitor and Hospitality Committee and Breakfast Network Committee, past member of the Beaver Dam Lake Days Steering Committee, member of the South Central Wisconsin Board of Realtors, member of the Council of Residential Specialists, member of the Wisconsin Realtors Association, the National Association of Realtors, past Secretary of the Dodge County Board of Realtors, Member of the dodge County Land Information Council, and a member of the Beaverland Mustskis Waterski Show Team.
My husband David came from an agricultural background, has a long history of sales experience and is now a full time auctioneer and real estate broker with Dave Bell Auctions LLC. We have two daughters-- Sandra, a Doctor of Chiropractic in Sun Prairie (Ager Chiropractic and Wellness) and Teresa, a commercial real estate broker and Partner with Kothe Real Estate Partners, Madison.
