Dr. Janene Luther Szpak,is a board certified Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and owner of Anchored to Wellness, LLC. "It is an honor to have this great collaboration with Analaigh Counseling and Mediation Services and work together as a team!! My experience in the specialty field of mental health includes thirty years of service as a clinician and nurse educator. My philosophy for providing care emphasizes the importance of creating bonds of trust and rapport with each person. It is my belief that each person has an innate ability to "heal" when they feel connected, valued, and heard.
I specialize in the diagnosis/management of mental health disorders such depression, anxiety, perinatal and post-partum needs, insomnia, and bipolar disorders. I use pharmacological interventions and multiple therapeutic methods based on current evidence-based clinical practices to guide your care. Appointments are virtual and provide you with the flexibility and convenience of being seen in your own private setting.
