We are POWERING OUR PLATE with PROTEIN this month!
Let's have some fun and learn a little something while we do.

Grab a journal so you can track how you AWAKEN YOUR STRENGTH this March.

Add ONE PROTEIN source to...
-> ONE MEAL
-> 3x per week

Now, journal for three days to get a picture of what your protein intake looks like.
We suggest doing so...

->Two days during the week and one weekend day

Then...
-> Identify which meal or snack is lacking in protein
-> Add or swap a protein source for something that doesn't support your energy levels

But before we just launch into increasing our protein, let's understand WHY?

1. Protein builds muscle and helps to increase strength
2. Protein fights age-related muscle loss
3. Protein satiates, making you feel full
4. Protein increases metabolism
5. Protein speeds up recovery time after injury

How about adding additional protein to just ONE meal to start?

Self-care doesn't need to be a 10-step morning routine that stresses you out and makes you feel like a failure if you skip even one step.

For me? It's:
⏰ wake,
πŸ’§ water,
πŸ•― candle,
🀲🏻 pray.
