Recently, several of our members participated in the Pittsburgh 5k and relay, and we were thrilled to support younger runners in the marathon. Healthy social connections matter! Sleep. It's an integral part of your morning workout.
Check out how Paula ends each evening so she can WAKE UP at 4:30 AM for herself at & you every day!
Her ability to do so begins the NIGHT BEFORE.

📱 8:00 PM: Phone is silenced
🙏 5-10 minutes of prayer or meditation, gratitude, and evaluation of the day to empty the head
📔 Light journaling (2-3 sentences about the day)
📖 Read a book (an actual physical book)

This is what works for her.
The most important piece of this?
YOU can customize YOUR nighttime routine to assist YOUR morning routine.
The ultimate goal?
Rest your body & your brain.
