1. Authentic Penei Sewell Autographed Detroit Lions home jersey (size: large). Fair Market Value $200. Starting Bid: $100. Minimum Bid Increments of $20.
2. Brewmaster’s Basket (For Two): “For the beer aficionado, our Brewmaster’s Basket is a treasure trove. It includes the opportunity to tend bar for an hour at the Whiskey Point Brewery, meeting and assisting the Whiskey Point Brewmaster, enjoy a flight of craft beers for two, gourmet bar snacks for two, and take home a growler of your favorite brew. It’s perfect for anyone who appreciates the finer ales in life.” Total time commitment is about 2 hours. Fair Market Value $125. Starting Bid $60. Minimum increments of $10. Special Note: Brewmaster Basket, has an age limit of 21 years of age and the restriction applies to bidding, plus the winning bid is transferable ONLY to individuals who are legally old enough to enjoy them. Blackout dates for working behind the bar at the Whiskey Point Brewery and assisting the brewmaster may apply. Winner must coordinate with the Brewery.

It’s a perfect Xmas Eve treat for Santa and his helpers.” Fair Market Value $75. Starting Bid $25. Minimum increments of $5. Total number of gifts available is two of which one is available for an "Instant Buy Now Purchase." Bypass bidding with an "Instant Buy Now Purchase" price of $75 + $25 premium = $100.
Rules
1. Bidding begins and ends at designated times
Bidding is available IN PERSON ONLY 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday and ends on Monday December 22, 2025, at 12pm.
2. Auction items are priced based on their fair market value
Any money paid over that is considered a charitable contribution and is tax-deductible.
3. Minimum bid increments
Minimum bid increments are generally set at 10% of the item’s FMV. While bidding greater than one increment at a time is allowed, it must still follow the minimum increment rule. Bids must meet the minimum bidding increment requirement (or risk disqualification).
4. Bidding Protocols, including Bidding on an item multiple times.
Bids may be made Monday through Friday during normal BIRHC office hours. NO phone bids, NO mail-in bids and No email bids will be accepted. All bids must be made in person.
Bidders may bid multiple times on the same item as long as they meet the minimum bid requirement.
5. All bids and sales are final.
The final bid placed before the auction closes is considered the winning bid.
6. Bidders agree to pay in full at the end of the auction
Payment and pick up from Monday December 22 at 1pm through Tuesday December 23, 2025, between the hours of 8am and 5pm @ the BIBIRHC.
7. Limits may apply

8. Age restrictions may apply
Item @ Brewmaster Basket, has an age limit of 21 years of age and the restriction applies to bidding and the winning bid is not transferable only to individuals who are legally old enough to enjoy them.
9. Bidder assumes all risks
Bidders assume any risks or hazards associated with Silent Auction Item #2.
10. Items may change or be withdrawn without notice
11. Winners will be determined at the end of the auction
The highest bidder at closing time (or the bidder who chose the Buy Now option) will be the winner of each item.
12. Winners will be notified by phone or email at the end of the auction, including instructions on how winners can pay and collect their items. Payments may be made in cash or by check or credit card only.
