Meet Our Staff!
Allison is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, with a Masters of Education from University of Dayton. She has about 15-years of experience, specializing in crisis/trauma, addiction, pediatric, LGBTQ, and adjustment issues.

She has been married over 30-years, and has two grown children. She refers to her home as a “zoo,” consisting of 2 dogs, a cats, 12 cockatiels, and a turtle. In her free time, she enjoys theater and music, and is working on her PhD.

Despina is Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor with a master from University of Southern California.

She has over twenty years of experience in the mental health field including working with immigrants, single parents, hospital setting and outpatient setting. Her specialties and interests including anxiety, stress management, depression, trauma, and women’s issues as well as children and adolescents.

She is a mother of two children, as well as three four-legged “children”.

Loving yourself is key. You will not find a healthy and loving relationship. Until you learn to love yourself because if you don't realize your worth and beauty then no one else will. Your worth does not come from the outside or someone else. Your worth comes from the inside. It's what in your heart that counts.
