I just got back from taking a 4 day training on Craniosacral Training with The Upledger Institute! We had a whole semester of massage school dedicated to craniosacral therapy and it was my favorite specialty so I knew I wanted it to be my first continuing education class. It was both wonderful and intimidating to be a student again! It was a great review on what I had already learned plus a ton of new practices to integrate into my toolbox of techniques!

Now,this is not what you’ll see when you come see me for a massage because my parking and entrance are at the back of the building, but I am still thrilled to have a stronger presence and another spot for people to see I’m here😊.
