We will journey through the four seasons with a Yoga Flow led by our ANHC team member Kathryne Jones. Crystal bowl healing sound bath will by led by Christina Blockburger. Brief guided Heartfulness Meditation led by Anjali Brannon.🩷

Feel connected to yourself, our community and the Earth as we celebrate the seasons.🌿❄️
