Not every recovery space looks the same… and we’re okay with that.

Today, one of our owners, Taylor and our Clinical Director Heather sat down with the women and taught a guitar & banjo class.

No lectures.
No clipboards.
Just people, connection, and something new to learn.

Because here’s the truth:
recovery isn’t just about getting sober… it’s about learning how to live again.

And sometimes that looks like picking up an instrument for the first time, laughing through it, and realizing you’re still capable of more than you thought.

This is happening twice a month now 🎸

We don’t just talk about healing here…
we create space for it.

That’s the Harmony difference ✨

At Harmony, we’re lucky to have some truly special people on our team and Judy, lovingly known as “Jude,” is one of them.

Jude serves as our out-of-house case manager, but her role goes far beyond coordinating services. She shows up for our clients with compassion, consistency and a quiet strength into every interaction.

Jude is a devoted mother, proud cat mom, and a true friend to everyone here at Harmony. She brings warmth, humor, and heart into every space she enters. Whether she’s advocating for a client, helping navigate resources, or simply offering a listening ear, Jude reminds us how powerful genuine care can be.

What makes Jude especially meaningful in this work is that she truly walks the walk. Through her commitment to her own recovery and step work, she leads by example and shows our clients that lasting change is possible. Her authenticity and humility make her someone people trust, relate to, and feel safe with.

Jude’s heart for people is felt by our entire community. We are so grateful for the dedication, wisdom, and kindness she brings to Harmony each day.
