I have been healing, myself and others with Emotion Code, Sound baths, loving life, learning, and also struggling with pain… that doesn’t seem to be able to heal… AND that is okay, but quite possibly a flag to what can and cannot be healed by emotion and body code. I have started doing a Sunday Morning TikTok Lives and I have reconnected and connected with amazing humans.
Find time to be with nature, love who you are as imperfect as you may be.
Listen to the birds and enjoy the sun.
Breathe in and soak up the moonlight and cleansing and refreshing yourself after a long day.
Take time to honor yourself and your body.
