I am SO thrilled to share with you... that we have just opened enrollment for Reiki I + II Training & Certification!

This is a 2-day training that is very near to my heart. It was the springboard for my energy healing path and my journey into developing the The Modern Energy Wellness™ Methodology. 🪬

This isn’t going to be like all the other New Years events you’re seeing to DO IT ALL...  
Don’t get me wrong, I am all for getting clear, intentional, and aligned with anything and everything you want to call into your life at any time, but the pressure and forced strategizing during January each year feels so.... manufactured... to me.  
We are in the dead of winter still! If you’ve been around here a while, you know that part of Modern Energy Wellness’ ethos is to connect more with the natural rhythms within ourselves and with nature around us.   So, if you’re still feeling the energy of winter and wanting to take more time before diving head first into your 2026 goals, you are RIGHT on time.

A bonus fun fact for you: Before I built Modern Energy Wellness, it took a psychic medium saying, “you know you’re an energy healer, right?” in front of a group of friends to actually get to me to come out of the “spiritual closet” and start sharing publicly about the work I was doing. 😂

But let me tell you, when I first learned to channel energy, everything shifted very quickly.

What began as my own personal awakening became a methodology for women ready to lead their next era through frequency, not force. This is the actual success you’ve been looking for, not the one you were taught to chase.

I feel so lucky to be here right now to do this work and witness the countless women stepping into this new paradigm of feminine power.

Gratitude isn’t just a mental list, it’s a deep felt sense that regulates the nervous system. How does your body actually register enoughness, abundance, completion? That’s the deeper harvest that available for us right now.⁣

But this harvest isn’t just about gathering crops, it’s about reclaiming your energy from what’s complete. Cutting cords, calling your energy back, sealing your field. Gratitude amplifies and expands your energy that is most authentic to you.⁣

When we do this, we know what needs to be composted. We know what to eat, what to store, and what to return to the earth to become fertile again. Gratitude becomes an embodied, cyclical practice, one that the Autumn Equinox reminds us is one of our most helpful tools.⁣

Each year during Leo Season, the Sun, Sirius, Orion, and Earth completely align with each other. This phenomena has been observed by many cultures and is revered as a time of heightened activation. 8/8 is a powerful numerological day for tapping into the Portal’s potency to bring your intentions & dreams into reality. ✨⁣

In addition to the Reiki Soundbath you know and love from Alexa + Kati, this month’s session will be on the Lion’s Gate Portal with additional energetic support and rituals! The expanded 1.5-hour session will begin with a cacao ceremony and personal crystal selection to anchor in the manifestations you’re calling in during this time! ⁣

The warm, chocolate-like ceremonial cacao drink is wonderful for tapping into the heart space, allowing you to drop into your body to feel the alignment of what your soul is calling you toward. ⁣

You’ll also choose a crystal from a selection that align with Lion’s Gate themes, and together with Kati’s energy healing you will imbue the crystal with the energy needed to align with your goals. You’ll leave with this as an anchor to remind you daily of who you’re becoming!⁣

Looking for a way to start the New Year out as the most grounded and empowered version of yourself? Of course you are!

We are starting 2025 off with a virtual group Reiki session that will leave you feeling blissful, connected to your heart, and emboldened to step into action toward your dreams this year.

Reiki Master and Intuitive Guide Kati VanLoo will be hosting the session as a gift to the community (for free!) to provide Reiki energy healing to the group. She’ll be channeling the energy needed to tap into each participant’s energy field and provide shifts so you can leave feeling ready to make positive changes in your life and others’ lives.

New to Reiki energy healing? This is a wonderful way to experience the healing modality! Reiki is ancient Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation & benefits the body, the mind & soul. Kati transfers this energy to clients, helping to bring attention to spaces where energy is stagnant in the body to restore the natural flow of energy, cleanse the aura, and rebalance the chakra energy system. In this session, it will be done via “distance” in our Zoom gathering.

The sound bath will be facilitated by Alexa, including crystal singing bowls and pyramid to create waves of soothing sound frequencies that serve as vibrational therapy and allow you to quiet your mind.
