We’re so excited to welcome Dr. Zach Monasmith to the Prolific Wellness & Performance team, starting December 1st! 🙌

Dr. Zach grew up in Spokane, Washington, where his love for sports and movement started early. He played basketball, football, soccer, tennis, and wrestling. During early morning workouts, he became curious about how the body moves, heals, and gets stronger.
He studied Kinesiology in college and later earned his Doctor of Chiropractic and degree in Human Biology from the University of Western States in Portland. Since then, he has helped people of all ages feel better, move better, and stay active.
Dr. Zach focuses on helping patients find the real reason behind their pain and build lasting strength. He takes time to listen, teach, and create care plans that fit each person’s needs.
He believes in meeting people where they are and helping them make steady, meaningful progress.
