I have been a reading ju**ie lately. Okay, lets be real, a lot of these books I have been listening to by audiobook so that I can walk or multitask in some way. I thought most of them were superb.
"Body Keeps the Score" by Bessel van der Kolk and "Attached" by Amir Levine M.D. and Rachel Heller M.A. are two of them. The first is about trauma and the second about attachment theory. Both were huge learning experiences for me. There are more but duty calls....😁

So, I made a couple of changes this morning. I am officially telehealth only so my address is mailing address only. Everything else remains the same. I am still offering therapy here in Oregon and also to folks in California. 🧐

Clearly I haven't been paying attention to my site since the advent of Covid. There have been so many ups and downs it is difficult to ascertain what is the most important to observe, what will give comfort and what truths can we cull out of all this morass. I don't have the answers but if you have any comments on how your life has changed in the last two nearly two years internally, feel free to add a post. Thank you .🙂

So I've been in Beaverton, OR for nearly a month. Next week I begin with Oregon clients. Hopefully, as insurances are approved there will be more. If you can see me as a private pay client, until then, I have availability and am looking forward to expanding my practice!😄

Changes are coming again but then everyday is a new day. I am closing my practice in Covina, CA on April 12, 2019 and moving it to Beaverton, OR! If you have an insurance that covers Telemental Therapy in California or want to see me privately we can either begin or continue working together online.
