2nd weekend of gardening at my dental office. Also second round of grasses I have put in the front of my building. The last set blew away in the intense year round wind. Due to the shade, dryness and wind corridor on Allen Blvd I decided to go with two Japanese Forest Shade Grass: “All Gold” and Hakonechloa ‘Beni-Kaze’. I also found some nice Japanese pots at Portland Nursery. I’m hoping that by watering the pots the grasses will have enough moisture to stick around. The roses I planted over the years are also coming in nicely.
