We’re excited to welcome Lauren Bareng to Northwest Compounders as one of our newest Compounding Pharmacists!

Lauren brings 7 years of pharmacy experience, beginning her career as a technician and later earning her pharmacy degree, with a strong background in compounding at a 503B outsourcing facility focused on HRT and injectable supplements. She’s excited to grow her skills in both human and veterinary compounding and values being a collaborative, team-first colleague.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys hiking National and State Parks with her husband and reading a good book when time allows. We’re thrilled to have her on our team! 👏

This year, we're celebrating 20 years of Northwest Compounders!

In 2005, founder Tom Eilers rented a 400 square foot room inside another pharmacy and worked 700 consecutive days to build a pharmacy where customers could always count on quality, reliability, and service.

Today, his son Luke carries that mission forward as CEO, now leading operations from a 17,500 square foot state-of-the-art facility designed to meet the needs of a diverse customer base.

Based in Beaverton, OR, Northwest Compounders proudly serves providers and patients in 37 different states. As we continue to grow, our focus remains the same: delivering consistent, high-quality compounding solutions with expedience and care.

Paul started with us as a pharmacy assistant with no prior pharmacy experience and has grown into his current role as Lab Supervisor through hard work, curiosity, and a steady commitment to excellence.
