I graduated from Oregon School of Massage in Portland, Oregon and since have continued my education by studying ashiatsu, pregnancy massage, reflexology, deep tissue, and sports massage. Throughout the years I have worked in a hospital, aruvedic spa, fitness center, chiropractic clinic, as well as continue to maintain a successful private practice. In 2010 I received a Bachelor’s degree in Public
Health Education at Portland State University, focusing on nutrition and women's health. Each therapeutic massage is choreographed by combining an artful blend of integrity, mindfulness, and compassion. I strongly believe in the body’s ability to heal itself and that massage therapy is one of the many paths to restoring health and wholeness to the body. I intentionally create a massage that will facilitate clients personal goals, be they injury recovery, personal growth, athletic achievement, or simply having time to relax and relieve tension. In addition to massage I am passionate about local organic food, community, yoga, hiking, and spending time with my three amazing children.
