Level 2 Adult Care Home looking for an experienced Caregiver for a live-out position. Part time 12hour shift (2 days per week) or full time, 12 hour shift (5 days per week).
Live-in position for one person, room available starting May 2022

$4000 per month - for full-time position as salary.

$17/hr- as part-time position

General job description, but not limited to:

-Assist with ADL's and Follow Care Plans

-Weekly Progress Notes

-Administering Medication

-Review MARS for accuracy

-Laundry/Housekeeping

-Meal Prep

-Responding to Emergency Procedures

-Follow State of Oregon OAR's and house policies

-Informal Shift Change Reports

-Report to Provider via phone/text or email in accordance with home policies

-Care Plan acknowledgement and review as needed

You must have:

-Current Oregon Criminal Record Check in CRIMS, Washington County DHS for this work site

-Current CPR/First Aid

- Dementia training certificate

- English (speak, read, write).

-2 years of Verifiable Caregiving Experience

-Ability and Willingness to be delegated as needed

-Commitment to the position for long-term employment
