I came into my QHHT session with Patricia carrying both curiosity and apprehension. I had been wanting to have a session like this for years after seeing a video of Dolores Canon speaking about it. From the very beginning, Patricia’s warmth, intuition, and grounded presence put me at ease. She gently guided me through a conversation about my childhood (ages 1–12), creating a safe space to explore early emotional roots before we entered the hypnosis journey.

Once in session, it felt like I was watching a movie of my soul—vivid, symbolic, and deeply revealing. I remained in control the entire time, simply observing what unfolded. While parts of the journey initially felt intense or even scary, Patricia’s steady guidance helped me move through it with trust & ease. What I found on the other side was a profound sense of clarity, healing, and soul alignment.

One of the most transformative aspects of the session was the way it helped me understand and begin to heal generational trauma—emotional patterns and burdens that had been passed down for several generations. I was able to lovingly release the need to keep longing for people, situations, or versions of myself that were no longer fulfilling to my soul’s journey. That shift alone was incredibly liberating.

In the months that followed, my life began to change in ways that felt deeply connected to what came through in the session. I was told I would meet the love I had been searching for within 6 to 12 months, and just one month later, I became pregnant—expecting in February. Another channeled message was that my job was no longer aligned with my highest path. Ironically, I was let go from that very position just one day after disclosing my pregnancy. As difficult as that moment was, it felt like a divine confirmation that I was being redirected toward something more aligned.

What I feared the most—entering the depths of my subconscious—became one of the most healing and empowering gifts I’ve ever received. This experience helped me reclaim my voice, trust my intuition, and honor the truth of who I am.
