A heartfelt thank you to Senator Ron Wyden for standing up for Oregon's pharmacies and the communities they serve. Oregon ranks LAST in retail pharmacy access in the U.S.

Since 2008, hundreds of community pharmacies have closed, leaving too many Oregonians in "pharmacy deserts"—where access to critical medications, immunizations, and health care services is disappearing.

This crisis is driven by Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) and insurance giants who use unfair contracts to bleed local pharmacies dry. The result? Higher costs for patients and fewer health care options for communities.

The solution: House Bill 3212
