The Springs at Murrayhill creates a warm, engaging environment where life is just a little easier.

We offer assisted living and memory care services provided by a relationship-driven team dedicated to making everyday moments meaningful. Hearthstone at Murrayhill is a mid-size, elegant community with approximately 200 residents. Residents live in one of three areas within the community: independent living, assisted living, or memory care. The three areas are interconnected under one roof and are situated on a beautifully-landscaped campus. Hearthstone at Murrayhill is the ideal choice for those who want to maintain continuity as their needs change over time. Our senior residents choose how they want to live and receive the level of support they need when they need it. We strive to make life easier for our residents so they can do the things they love to do in a socially-stimulating environment.

Watch our incredible plant operations team at The Springs at Clackamas Woods in Milwaukie, Oregon work their magic as they transform an apartment from top to bottom — painting, replacing fixtures, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, and so much more.

Behind every fresh, welcoming home is a team that shows up every single day with skill and dedication. Last year alone, our teams across all locations completed 1,040 apartment turns. That's 1,040 homes made ready for a new resident to start their next chapter.

We’re honored to begin with Clarise Beitey, our Executive Director.

With more than 20 years of experience in senior living, Clarise leads with a people-first heart. Whether she’s spending time with residents, connecting with families, or supporting her team, she is committed to creating a community where everyone feels seen, valued, and cared for.

For Clarise, senior living is meaningful work rooted in relationships and trust. She believes strong communities are built through listening, consistency, and serving alongside her team—and we’re grateful for the steady, compassionate leadership she brings to Murrayhill each day.

This National Caregivers Day, we're proud to share the story of Anthony Igbinovia, caregiver, Lillian Award recipient, and the embodiment of the quietly extraordinary people who make up our caregiving team.

We sat down with Anthony, followed him through his shift, and asked him some questions about his work, why he’s here, and what keeps him going. His words aren’t dramatic, but they’re genuine. And they reflect how even the small things (especially the small things) can make a big difference.

Sunday was all about Super Bowl fun here at The Springs at Murrayhill! Our community room was filled with laughter, cheers, and plenty of game-day spirit as residents gathered to watch the big game together. 🏈🏆

With plenty of Seahawk's pride in the room, there was no question where our loyalties stood. Moments like these—sharing traditions, cheering together, and simply enjoying each other’s company—are what community life is all about.

A true community favorite, this classic dish has been loved for generations. It was especially sweet to see Jackie enjoying one of her childhood favorites alongside her family. These are the simple moments we cherish most—sharing a familiar meal and enjoying each other’s company. Sometimes, it really is the little things that make a place feel like home.

What a fantastic way to kick off the New Year! Our all-staff New Year Party was a joyful celebration honoring the incredible team that makes our community shine every day. We rang in the year in true New Year style with disco lights, karaoke, games, a fun photo station, and nonstop laughter.

A huge thank you to Linda and Marc for keeping the energy high, our Executive Director Clarise, and all of our managers for making it all happen. We’re so grateful for this amazing team and excited for the year ahead! 🎉
