I make it a goal to exercise every day in someway. It could be a walk with the dogs, it could be a workout at the gym, or it can be a gorgeous bike ride after work. I will never be younger than I am today. Keep moving.

Starting June 1, 2024 the office will be open on SATURDAYS and no longer on SUNDAYS. The new building does not have temperature control on Sundays and it's either hot or cold in the office. On Saturday it's JUST RIGHT. Massage therapy and Chiropractic are available on Saturdays and you can easily schedule online:

Bossa Nova has lost his hearing. Fortunately, I trained him with hand signs as a pup. It’s been an interesting transition for all of us but he’s still Rico suave! This collar is for his protection if he ever gets lost. I don’t think words ever really did mean much to him. Treats and rubs are his love Language so we will always be good!! 🤗

Just in case you haven't heard, We have MOVED! Parking has become a major issue at the old location but no more issues with that. We are located at 14355 SW Allen Blvd., Suite 150, Beaverton Oregon 97005.
