We are proud to recognize Miss Ana as our Employee of the Month!

At just 15 years old, Ana began caring for her grandmother—a life experience that sparked a deep passion for supporting and honoring our elders. That calling led her to Farmington Square, where she began her journey with us on December 6, 2000.

Now, nearly 25 years later, Ana continues to serve with the same compassion and dedication. She says she feels truly blessed to be part of the Farmington Square family—and we feel just as blessed to have her.
