Perseverance & Breath.
When just one can't carry us through our journey, the other can. Perseverance is, "persistance in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success". Whenever we start out ona journey, whether the distance is long or short, we are called upon to exhibit perseverance.
Often times, we are stronger than we believe. Through our breath we can find the strength to carry on when things feel tough.
Today at Balanced Recovery Center our NIA session will remind us of this very lesson.

At times, movement is too great a feat and outside our reach. Remind yourself in those moments that your now self is perfect. Some days require stillness instead. Today, whether it is movement or stillness that calls to you, choose to do so, in love.
Garuda Mudra (eagle seal) invites us to step away from the mundane stress and strains of life and instead perceive ourselves and our lives from a higher perspective. Just as an eagle exists in a space above the land and below the sky, living in this expansive realm can yield great gifts.
