That uneasy Sunday night feeling before work or school is something most of us experience — and it can be tough on your mental health. Here are a few ways to make Mondays feel less scary:

Plan something small to look forward to — a favorite lunch, a coffee date, or a walk outside.
Go to bed a little earlier Sunday night to feel more rested.
