🚨 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

A bittersweet goodbye from the Klein family as they transition into the next chapter of their life. Dr. Justin’s last day at the office will be this Friday, May 15th. Dr. Lyndsey will be sticking around for a little longer, with an anticipated last day of July 21st. She will be popping back in monthly to help fill in when needed.

Thank you for your trust, kindness, and the friendships that we have built throughout the last four years here at Integrity. It means so much to us that you all have let us be part of your health journey. While we will miss being apart of it, we hope you continue your path to health and wellness.
