Here are 4 ways to stay hydrated without losing your mind (or your electrolytes):

✨SPOTLIGHT CLIENT✨

Cheyenne is on spotlight for her hard work, dedication, and patience in achieving several breastfeeding goals!

For weeks after an emergency c-section, Cheyenne worked diligently to establish a breastmilk supply while patiently waiting for her late pre-term newborn to be able to latch. After lots of pumping, supplementation, and some formula, this mama has been able to toss formula to the side (as she wished) and is exclusively breastfeeding. In addition, baby is now latching directly to the breast- another HUGE goal achieved. 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Congratulations, mama! So proud of you for achieving these amazing goals and the mom you are! 💗
