Zen Wellness LLC will no longer be taking clients after June 27th 2025.

I have taken an opportunity in Florida and will be moving there by July. I want to thank all my clients and friends that have supported me along this journey. I’m not giving up on my own business just taking a break and exploring new horizons until I find what’s best for me and gain more knowledge.

You never know until you try. So never stop trying and opening your heart to the world. ❤️

I will deeply miss WV and the friends I’ve come to know and helped heal plus those who have helped me heal myself.

Not many know what somatic yoga or movement is.

I incorporate somatics in every one of my classes. It helps us create an understanding of INTEROCEPTION which is the process by which the body senses and interprets signals from its internal organs and systems as well.
