On this day of gratitude, we want to take a moment to reflect on just how thankful we are for the incredible community that surrounds the Young at Heart Games. Today isn’t just about turkey, parades, and pumpkin pie, it’s about celebrating the friendships, memories, and moments of joy that make Bedford such a special place to call home.
We are truly grateful for each and every participant, from our spirited competitors to our loyal cheerleaders in the stands. Whether you joined us for shuffleboard, bocce, co****le, or showed up simply to laugh, clap, and make new friends, you are the heartbeat of this program.
We are thankful for the families who support their loved ones in staying active and engaged, the volunteers who show up rain or shine with smiles and helping hands, and our incredible partners!
To everyone who has cheered us on throughout the year: thank you for proving time and time again that the Young at Heart Games are more than an event, they’re a family. A family built on laughter, encouragement, tradition, and the belief that age is just a number when you’re surrounded by people who lift you up.
As we gather around our tables today, we hold deep gratitude in our hearts for the blessings of community, connection, and the opportunity to celebrate life together. May your day be filled with warmth, love, delicious food, and moments that remind you of what truly matters.
From all of us at the Bedford County Young at Heart Games, we wish you a beautiful, peaceful, joy-filled Happy Thanksgiving! 🧡🍂
Here’s to gratitude, good health, and many more games ahead! 🦃✨
