has been coming into regularly! We’ve been talking about our Train Tuesday group workout that we host every Tuesday night, and this past Tuesday she brought her momma 🥰

Mrs Franklin KEPT UP WITH US!!! There isn’t one workout we did that she wasn’t doing modified or with us!! At the end of the workout we were talking and Mrs. Franklin revealed that she was 80 years old!!! 🤯 80 YEARS OLD YALL + SHE WAS WORKIN!!!

Gut check moment for all of us, because that is GOALS!!!

Train Tuesday happens EVERY TUESDAY at 7:00pm!!! Put the excuses to the side + come sweat with us!!!
