A gentle reminder about time, boundaries, and respect 🤍
I want to share something important for clarity and transparency.
When you book time with me — whether that includes bodywork, energy work, or spiritual discussion — you are booking my professional time and presence. Conversation, listening, guidance, and holding space are not “extra” or separate; they are an integral part of the service I provide.
Arriving late does not change the value of time already used, and payment is expected for the time booked and spent together, not retroactively adjusted after the session.
I deeply value compassion and understanding — and I also value clear boundaries and mutual respect. These boundaries allow me to show up grounded, present, and fully supportive for everyone I serve.
On rare occasions, if I feel I did not meet my own standard of care during a session, I may choose to adjust pricing — many long-time clients have experienced this. That decision, however, is always mine to make.
Thank you to my clients who honor these boundaries and help keep Healing Haven a space of integrity, respect, and care. 🌿

I’m excited to share that beginning in the second quarter, Healing Haven will be offering Ayurvedic wellness consultations.

These sessions draw from traditional Ayurvedic principles to support daily routines, digestion, stress balance, and seasonal living and always grounded in education, not diagnosis.

This offering reflects years of study and continued doctoral-level training in Ayurvedic studies, integrated thoughtfully alongside bodywork and holistic care.

More details and scheduling information will be shared soon. I look forward to supporting you in this next chapter of care.

✨ It’s been a while, friends! ✨

I’m still taking things one day at a time to heal, rest, and rebuild my strength, but I’m feeling stronger with each sunrise. 🌞

As my energy returns, I’m so happy to begin offering private meditation and Energetics sessions again. These are soft, restorative spaces for release, grounding, and heart-centered renewal. 🌿
