Flexibility is key to movement! Movement is Medicine! ~ Flex provides a deep and relaxing full body stretching service or a full body massage where I combine various modalities and services to enhance muscular release. Other modalities and services include:
-hot/cold therapy -trigger point therapy
- myofascial release - cupping/scraping
- TENS therapy - deep tissue massage
- joint mobilization - resist/relax stretching

I carefully examine and feel those tight and tender areas of your body to decide a plan of action. All services are always discussed with each client before proceeding. You will always be in control of your session.

~ Being an active Athletic Trainer with many sports, I also specialize in acute care injuries. I can help heal that sprained ankle quicker and more efficiently then a visit to the orthopedic or urgent care. I can relieve that back pain for a “pulled” back after shoveling or lifting heavy items. Plantar fasciitis is also a common pain for everyone and it is much easier to care for then you think! Athletic Trainers help athletes stay on the field in a safe and healthy form, and I can keep you working efficiently in the same manner!
