What is Chinese Medical Astrology?
TCM Medical Ba Zi Astrology is a specialized branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that integrates the principles of Ba Zi (the Eight Characters) with health and wellness insights.
Ba Zi is an ancient Chinese astrological system that analyzes an individual’s birth data—year, month, day, and hour—mapped to the Five Elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water) and Yin-Yang dynamics.
Medical Ba Zi assesses constitutional strengths and weaknesses, tendencies toward certain illnesses, and the energetic imbalances that may affect overall health.
By identifying dominant or deficient elements in a person's Ba Zi chart, your doctor can tailor treatments, including acupuncture, herbal prescriptions, and dietary or lifestyle recommendations to harmonize the whole body.
This approach supports a preventative model of care, addressing existing conditions and the individual's predispositions, creating a personalized pathway to balance and well-being.
